The right panel leads with a 72 of 100 score, a ten segment meter, and a High badge, then lists five weighted signals from report velocity down to a verified payment method. Clear flags, Extend restriction, and Suspend account close the panel.

Signals are one typed array and the meter fills from the score with no color literals, so a data swap is all it takes. Every action carries a line stating it is written to the audit trail under the reviewer name.
