Moderator Performance Board is the calibration view for a review team, a table of 8 reviewers sorted by decision volume. Each row leads with an avatar, name, an On shift badge, and the moderator's focus queue, then reports weekly decisions, a seven day activity sparkline built from div bars, median handle time, an agreement rate with an inline meter, and overturned decisions. Off shift reviewers show gap days as flat marks in the sparkline, so a week with missed days reads at a glance without a separate schedule.
The sparkline scales each day against a shared maximum so bars stay comparable across rows, and the agreement meter fills to the same percentage shown beside it. The footer sets the fairness contract: agreement is measured against blind second reviews on a 5% sample, reviewers below 90% enter a weekly calibration session, and nothing on the board triggers automatic penalties.
Reach for this block on the team performance page of a moderation admin area, wired to your decision log and your second review sampler. Keep the calibration language from the footer in view so the board reads as a coaching tool rather than a leaderboard that ranks people for removal.

One strong use is the trust and safety calibration review. Other performance board configurations:
Tip: pair the raw decision count with median handle time; a fast reviewer and a careful one look identical on volume alone, and the two columns together show which is which.
