Moderation Queue is the trust-and-safety worklist, five reported items rendered as cards each showing the content snippet in a blockquote, the reason (Harassment, Spam / solicitation, Credible threat, Misinformation), a reporter count, and the age of the report. High-priority items carry an alert badge. Every card closes with Approve, Remove content, and Escalate actions. The footer states that every action is logged with reviewer identity, timestamp, and outcome, and that logs cannot be edited.
Items are one array of typed queue entries; a priority field drives the high-priority badge without any color literals. The queue count in the header badge and subtitle stay in sync with the array length so the number is never stale.
Reach for this block on the moderation dashboard, wired to your reports endpoint sorted by priority then age. Pair the Escalate action with a senior-review assignment flow.

Tip: the content snippet in a blockquote is the one thing reviewers need before touching any action; never let it collapse or truncate below one readable line.
