IP Blocklist Manager is the network enforcement surface for an admin area, a split layout with an add rule form beside a ruled list of 5 active blocks. The form card carries a monospace address input, segmented scope and duration choices rendered as pressed buttons, and a reason field that notes it is recorded in the audit log next to your name. Each list entry shows its CIDR range as a monospace chip, a scope badge, the reason, requests blocked in the last 24 hours, expiry, and the admin who added it with an avatar.
The header total sums the blocked counts so the headline tracks the rows, and the scope union drives a lookup record for the badge labels. Permanent and timed rules sit in the same list to prove both states, and the footer sets the safety contract: timed rules purge automatically at expiry, and blocking a range wider than /16 requires a second admin to approve within 15 minutes or the rule rolls back.
Reach for this block on the security or abuse settings page of an admin area, wired to your edge blocklist and its request counters. Keep the two admin approval rule from the footer next to the form so an operator sees the blast radius limit before they submit a wide range.
A natural flow around it on an Application Pro page:

One strong use is the abuse prevention network console. Other blocklist configurations:
Tip: keep the blocked request count on every row; a quiet rule with near zero hits is a candidate to retire, and a rule blocking thousands justifies itself without a meeting.
