Report Review Card is the single-case detail surface for case RPT-2026-0841, four panels stacked: the reported comment in a blockquote with its thread context, the reporter (Jordan Lee, jordan@acme.com) and their stated reason alongside a note that 7 others independently filed the same report in 4 minutes, the author history for Marcus Kim showing 3 prior flags with outcomes (Dismissed, Removed, Warning issued), and a decision panel with an action Select ranging from Approve to Permanent ban, an internal note field, and a plain-text callout stating that Remove deletes immediately, Suspend ends all active sessions, and Permanent ban is irreversible from this panel.
Prior flags are one array; the decision Select renders closed as a native trigger (no Radix portal). The consequence callout is what separates an informed action from an accidental one.
Reach for this block as the detail page linked from each row in the moderation queue, wired to your case endpoint by report ID. Gate the Submit decision button on a non- empty action selection and a note.
A natural flow around it on an Application Pro page:

Tip: naming the consequence of each action in the callout eliminates the follow-up ticket; moderators who know Remove notifies the author behave differently than those who find out afterward.
