Quiet Hours Schedule is a do not disturb panel with a master quiet hours switch in the card header, seven per day rows pairing a delivery window (22:00 to 08:00, All day) with its own toggle, and a second card listing the alert types that always break through, security alerts and on call pages. A footer line covers the profile timezone and where muted items land.
Days are one typed array with a window string and an enabled flag; disabled days read "No quiet hours" instead of a time range. The break through card is what keeps a quiet schedule safe, since pages and security events still reach you overnight.
Reach for this block on the notifications tab of user settings, wired to your do not disturb scheduler and the rules that decide which alerts ignore quiet hours. Store windows against the user timezone, not the browser, so a trip never silences the wrong hours.
A natural flow around it on an Application Pro page:

Tip: the break through list earns the whole feature; a schedule that could hide an on call page is one nobody trusts.
