Escalation Policy Card is an alert escalation panel led by a named policy header with an Active badge and an edit action, then a numbered timeline of timed steps. Each step pairs a delay (Immediately, After 5 minutes unacknowledged), a recipient with their role and avatar, and the channels used at that stage, from in app and push up to a phone call. Footer rows state the acknowledge stop rule and the repeat behavior.
Steps are one typed array with a delay, recipient, and channels. The connector line and step numbers make the order legible at a glance. The stop on acknowledge rule is the safeguard that keeps escalation from paging the whole chain after someone has already responded.
Reach for this block on an on call or alerting settings page, wired to your paging provider and rotation schedule. Resolve recipients from the live rotation at send time, not from stored names, so a policy keeps working after the roster changes.
A natural flow around it on an Application Pro page:

After
One strong use is the incident escalation ladder. Other policy cards:
Tip: always show the stop on acknowledge line; a policy that looks like it pages everyone forever scares responders off adopting it.
