Subscription Preferences is the following panel for a workspace, five subscriptions in a ruled list: the Apollo project, Maya Chen (maya@acme.com), the bug label with "14 open" as an outline badge, Jordan Lee, and Noah Park. Each row carries an Unfollow button. The count badge in the header reads "5 subscriptions". A footer states the rule plainly: following means you get their updates, you can unfollow any time, and we never auto-follow on your behalf.
Subscriptions are one typed array with avatar, icon, badge, and kind fields. The honest footer is the detail that distinguishes a trustworthy notifications system from a noisy one.
Reach for this block on the notifications settings page or as a panel inside the main settings surface, wired to your follows endpoint. Pair the unfollow action with an optimistic UI update so the row vanishes immediately.
A natural flow around it on an Application Pro page:

One strong use is the cross-entity follow list. Other subscription panels:
Tip: mixing entity kinds (project, person, label) in one list shows the user the full scope of their notification surface at once.
