Tabbed Changelog presents release notes through a horizontal tab bar at the top, where each tab is labeled with a version number. The most recent tab carries a small "New" badge so visitors spot the latest release immediately. Clicking a tab swaps in a bordered card that shows a version title, a release date, and a two-column grid of categorized lists. Each category has an icon and a heading (New Features, Improvements, Bug Fixes, Breaking Changes) followed by a short bullet list.
Every part of the content is independent. You can rename the tabs to use course names, module versions, or calendar quarters instead of semver strings. The two-column grid is only present on the first tab; older tabs use a single column, so lighter releases do not feel padded. Add or remove tabs, swap category headings, and rewrite the bullet lists without changing anything structural.
This layout suits a product or platform that ships distinct, numbered releases and wants readers to compare versions without scrolling. It works especially well on a dedicated updates page for an online education platform, where each tab might represent a curriculum version or a semester release, and instructors need to quickly check what changed in the version their cohort is on.
