Basic Changelog is a single bordered card that holds your entire release history. A bold "Changelog" heading sits at the top of the card, then each version entry follows in order: a version number on the left paired with a "Latest" badge on the right for the most recent release, a release date below it in muted text, and a bulleted list of what changed. Horizontal dividers separate each entry so the sections read as distinct rows without any visual noise.
All of the copy is independent. You can rename the heading, change how many version entries appear, rewrite the bullet points, or remove entries that are no longer relevant. The badge is only applied to the topmost entry, so as you ship new versions you move it up to keep the latest release clearly marked.
