Simple Centered is a slim full-width bar that sits at the top of a page. Inside a centered container, a single line of text runs across the full width with its anchor link bolded and underlined on hover. On smaller screens the supplementary detail text is hidden, leaving only the core linked label so the bar stays tidy on mobile.
There are no icons, badges, or dismiss controls. The text, the link destination, and the supplementary copy that appears on wider screens are all independent, so you can swap in any short notice without touching the layout.
Reach for this block when you need a quiet, persistent notice at the top of every page and you do not want to interrupt the layout below. It is well suited to a project management workspace announcing a new release, a maintenance window, or a policy update where the message matters but urgency is low. Unlike the With Action variant it carries no button, which keeps it unobtrusive for notices that inform rather than prompt.
