Returns Feedback Loop shows three products the return reasons rewrote, each row pairing the most common return note in the customer's own words, the fix that actually shipped, and the return rate before and after in a stat column on the right. A tote strap widened, a shoe size guide rewritten, a flask gasket replaced, each with the rate dropping from double digits toward the low single ones.
The three fixes are one array. The block turns returns from a cost line into proof that someone reads the reason and does something about it.
Reach for this block on an about or quality page, or in the returns center itself, wherever you want the return policy to read as a feedback channel rather than a leak. The products and rates should be real ones you can stand behind.
