About this block

Start Return Flow opens the return with the order's items as rows, the ineligible tin dimmed with its honest reason, opened consumables cannot return, and the three what happens next steps dated precisely, label in a minute, refund 2 to 4 days after the courier scan, not after we open the box. The lede removes the reason anxiety, changed my mind is a fine answer.

Items and steps are two arrays. Refunding at the scan rather than the inspection is the policy that makes this page calm.

When to use

Reach for this block as the returns center entry, linked from the order page and the returns FAQ. Every timing promise must match your refund operations.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Before

• Account overview

After

• Return label steps
• Return tracking status

What you can display

One strong use is the item picker entry. Other return starts:

• Guest version. Order number and email instead of the account list.
• Gift return. The recipient flow routing to store credit.
• Damaged arrival. The photo first variant that skips the label for replacements.

Tip: not after we open the box names the industry practice buyers fear, the refund held hostage to a warehouse queue.
