About this block

Return Condition Guide turns the used is fine rule into two side by side lists, four items that come back for a full refund set against four that stay with the buyer, each with a plain one line reason so nobody guesses when they tape the box shut. Tried on indoors and changed your mind sit firmly in the refund column, while worn out, scented, or personalized pieces stay yours.

Both lists are simple arrays. The closing line hands every gray area case to a person rather than a scanner, and says out loud that the tie goes to the buyer.

What you can display

One strong use is the apparel accept and decline split. Other condition guides:

• Beauty and consumables. Sealed versus opened, the hygiene line drawn plainly.
• Electronics. Factory reset and cable count as the bar for a full refund.
• Final sale callouts. The short list the seconds shelf never takes back.

Tip: the tie goes to you is the whole block in one line, publish the gray area rule instead of deciding it in a hidden queue.
