About this block

Plain Language Policy compresses returns into eight numbered sentences, the 60 day clock from delivery, the scan triggered refund, the honest trying standard for used items, and the gift rule with its kindness, the buyer is never told. The footer makes the rare promise that resolves every ambiguity in advance, if the legal version disagrees, we honor whichever reads better for you.

Rules are one array of single sentences. The discipline is the design, if a rule needs two sentences it needs rewriting, not formatting.

What you can display

One strong use is the eight sentence policy. Other plain policies:

• Shipping policy. The same compression applied to delivery.
• Privacy summary. The data policy in eight sentences above the legal text.
• Guarantee terms. What is covered, plainly, beside the warranty document.

Tip: worn outside for a week is not draws the line with an example instead of a standard, examples are harder to argue with in a support thread.
