About this block

Instant Store Credit Option presents the refund speed choice as two equal cards: card refund in 2 to 4 bank days, triggered automatically at the courier scan; store credit instant at the same scan, with no bonus percent and the reasoning published below. The lede names the commitment upfront: “we do not bribe you toward the one that suits us.” The footer footnote closes the argument: stores that add 10% to store credit are paying you to let them keep your money, which tells you what keeping it is worth.

Options are one array, each with a timing headline, three bullet points, and a button. Publishing the reasoning for the missing bonus is what separates this from a standard refund choice widget.

When to use

Reach for this block as the final step in the return flow after the buyer has confirmed the item and printed a label. The credit wallet must be live and the bank day range must match the actual payment processor timeline or the timing claims mislead.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Before

• Start return flow

After

• Order tracking
• Post purchase section

What you can display

One strong use is the card versus credit speed choice. Other refund configurations:

• Exchange option. A third card for direct exchange when the item is in stock.
• Gift return. Credit only card, the gift receiver path without revealing the original price.
• International. Local currency credit versus card refund with cross border delay explained.

Tip: “Plus nothing. No bonus percent for choosing it, on purpose” is the most credible line in the block; restraint in the incentive signals confidence in the product.
