About this block

Damaged Item Fast Track splits the broken arrival into a three step path on the left, photo the problem, the replacement ships the same day, and the damaged one never travels back, each step owning the reason it works that way. On the right sits a static report panel blueprint, an order line, three issue type rows with the damaged one selected, a photo dropzone, and a send button with the median reply time under it.

The steps and issue types are plain arrays and the panel is a display only mockup. The whole block reframes damage as our failure rather than a return the buyer has to work through.

When to use

Reach for this block on the returns center and the order detail page, wherever a shopper reports something that arrived damaged, wrong, or incomplete. The panel is a blueprint, wire the send button to your real support intake before shipping it.

What you can display

One strong use is the damaged on arrival fast track. Other problem reporters:

• Wrong item flow. The mispick path with a prepaid label to send the stray piece back.
• Missing parts. A single component reship without touching the rest of the order.
• Repair handoff. The service bench for damage worth fixing rather than replacing.

Tip: the damaged one stays with you is the line that earns trust, freighting a broken item back doubles the shipping and helps no one.
