About this block

Returns FAQ answers the six questions the returns inbox actually receives, the lost box dismissed with the supermarket box permission, the used item line drawn with examples and the promise to say so rather than quietly reselling, the gift return privacy design, the three routes for returned stock with nothing destroyed as policy, and the missed deadline redirected to resale credit.

Faqs are one array, first opened. The lede names the two dodged questions on purpose, dodging them is the genre default this block exists against.

When to use

Reach for this block at the bottom of the returns center under the plain language policy. The what happens to returns answer must reflect real operations, it gets fact checked by employees.

A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

What you can display

One strong use is the returns inbox six. Other returns faqs:

• Holiday edition. The extension questions for December.
• Furniture returns. The freight collection questions with crew mechanics.
• International returns. Duties refunds answered honestly.

Tip: nothing is destroyed, that is a policy answers the question buyers increasingly ask and most stores hope they will not.
