Search blocks by description or jump to a page.
Free Ebook Form is a two-column lead capture hero. The left column carries a badge, a large heading, a supporting paragraph, a checklist of four value points, and a testimonial card with an avatar photo. The right column shows a book cover image with a decorative "FREE DOWNLOAD" circle badge above it, then a card with first name and email fields, a consent checkbox linked to a privacy policy, and a submit button. Once the form is submitted the card swaps to a success state that shows a download button, a separator, and a note confirming the link was emailed to the address the visitor entered.
All copy is independent: the heading, subtext, checklist items, and testimonial quote can be rewritten without affecting the layout. The checklist can have more or fewer rows, the book cover image is a standard img element you can point at any asset, and the success state copy including the bonus tip is plain text.
Reach for this block when you want to grow a mailing list by trading a guide or report for an email address. For an online education platform it is the natural top of a course landing page: the ebook previews the curriculum depth, the checklist states concrete learning outcomes, and the form captures the lead before the visitor scrolls to pricing. It outperforms a plain newsletter form here because the book cover and checklist give the visitor a tangible reason to act, and the success state delivers the asset on the spot rather than making them wait.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing (Legacy) page:

The most direct use is a course preview guide or a study framework that mirrors what enrolled students receive. A few other ways to use the frame:
Tip: keep the checklist to three or four items and make each one outcome-focused so visitors can see the value at a glance.
