Schedule Demo Form is a two-column hero. The left rail opens with a small badge, a bold headline, and a one-line subtext, followed by three icon rows that name the session format: a customized walkthrough, a 30-minute time limit, and team access. A testimonial card below the icon rows shows an avatar photo, a pull quote, and a name with title. The right column holds a bordered card with a two-step form. Step one collects first name, last name, work email, phone number, company, job title, team size via a dropdown, and a radio group asking what the visitor wants to cover. Step two shows a date grid for five weekdays, a time slot grid that appears once a date is picked, and an optional notes textarea. On submission the form card switches to a confirmation view with a calendar summary and buttons to add the event or invite a colleague.
All copy, date labels, time slots, and radio choices are plain strings you can edit in place. The left-rail icon rows and the testimonial card are independent and can be removed without touching the form logic. The two-step structure, date grid, and confirmation state are each contained in their own render branch, so adding or removing a step is straightforward.
Reach for this block when a direct booking is the primary goal of the page. It suits a sales landing page, a product marketing site, or a dedicated "request a demo" route where you want prospects to commit to a time slot rather than just leave an email. For an ecommerce storefront brand selling a platform or wholesale service, this layout lets a buyer or retail partner schedule a guided walkthrough right where they first arrive, which shortens the gap between interest and a live conversation compared to a simple contact form.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing (Legacy) page:

The block has three distinct areas you can tailor to your product and audience:
Tip: keep the radio group on step one to three options at most; more choices slow the visitor down before they have even picked a time slot.
