With Image is a slim full-width banner bar. On the left side a small circular thumbnail sits inline with a short text line: a bold label followed by a separator dot and a supporting message. On the right a secondary button with a trailing arrow icon gives the reader somewhere to go. The whole row is horizontally justified so the image-and-text pair stays on the left and the button anchors to the right on wider screens, collapsing to a wrapped stack on narrow viewports.
Every piece of the bar is independent. You can swap the thumbnail for a product logo or event image, rewrite the bold label and the supporting sentence, and change the button label without affecting anything else. The bar carries no dismiss control, so it stays visible until the user navigates away.
Use this block when you want a persistent notice that earns a second glance without taking up real estate below the navigation bar. A real estate marketplace is a natural fit: surface a newly listed property, a featured neighborhood, or a limited-time open-house event with a photo that makes the announcement feel concrete rather than generic. It works better than a plain text bar when the visual reference matters, and better than a floating overlay when you want the notice to stay in the flow of the page rather than sit above it.

The image slot and short copy line work for a range of timely notices:
Tip: keep the supporting message to one short clause so the bar stays on a single line at common desktop widths and avoids wrapping.
