With Team Grid opens with a centered badge, a large headline, a short paragraph of supporting copy, and two side by side call to action buttons. Below that sits a four column avatar grid, each cell showing a circular photo, a name, and a role title. The section closes with a three column stats row of bold numbers and short labels spanning team size, countries represented, and satisfaction rate.
Every part of the block is independently editable. The badge text, headline, and paragraph are plain strings. The team array drives the grid, so you can add or remove members without touching layout code. The stats row is a separate set of three items and can be cut entirely if you only want the people grid.
Reach for this block on any page where the people behind the product are part of the pitch. For a fintech or banking product it works especially well on a trust page, a company overview, or a careers landing page where showing real faces and a satisfaction rate reassures visitors about who is handling their money. It is a stronger opener than a plain centered hero when team credibility is a selling point, and it is more personal than a logo wall or a stats section alone.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing (Legacy) page:

The block has three distinct zones, each swappable on its own:
Tip: use consistent square crop photos for all avatars so the circular frames look uniform across the grid at every screen size.
