Rewards Empty State treats zero as a starting line, not a failure, the headline reads zero points, easily fixed. One column lists the four ordinary ways to earn with the numbers attached, place an order at 5 points per dollar, write a review for 100, refer a friend for 250, add a birthday for 50, each with a plain note on the catch. The facing panel shows the balance at 0 pts, a progress bar pinned empty, and the reward ladder above it, 500 points for money off, climbing to first access on limited runs.
Earn actions and the reward ladder are two arrays your loyalty engine drives. The closing line points at real reviewable orders, so the first hundred points sit one click away rather than hypothetical.
