Reviews Empty State replaces fake stars with honest chronology: the Roll Top launched Tuesday, the review request goes out at three weeks because a bag that has not been carried through weather cannot be reviewed yet. Two ruled links offer what to read instead, the spec sheet with weights measured on the finished bag and the materials page with the mill and tannery named. A bench take card holds the place with Ed from repairs: “Same seams as the Carryall, and the Carryall almost never reaches my bench.” The footer promises the first reviews land around week four, unedited, critical ones included, if the first one is two stars it stays.
Read instead items are one array. The bench take card is the single honest credential a new product can offer.
Reach for this block as the reviews tab state on any product page in the first four weeks after launch, above the reviews sections component that it replaces once reviews arrive. The three week ask timing must match real operations.
A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Tip: the promise that critical reviews stay is the line that earns trust before anyone has written one, it costs nothing and signals everything about editorial independence.
