Order History Empty State names the two honest reasons a history ends up empty, you ordered as a guest and the account was never linked, or you have never ordered and that is also fine. The guest claim form sits inline with two inputs and a submit, and the confirmation line beneath the button states the mechanic: it attaches instantly, invoices and the return window included. The only link at the foot is one quiet browse prompt, no shopping push.
Reasons are one array of two. The second entry, you have never ordered, also fine, is the detail that separates this from a standard empty state.
Reach for this block as the account orders tab state when order count is zero, inside the account section. The instant attach claim must be wired to real order lookup or the inline form misleads.

Tip: naming both possibilities, ordered as a guest and never ordered at all, removes the implicit accusation that the visitor has done something wrong.
