Empty Cart State opens with the headline “Your cart is empty. That is allowed.” and backs it with no countdown, no follow up email, same price when you return. Below the single CTA a saved for later reminder tells the shopper their saved items are still watched. Three starter products follow, labelled honestly: not recommendations, just the three things most people start with.
Starters are one array. The no guilt headline is the whole block in one sentence, everything below it supports rather than contradicts.
Reach for this block as the cart page empty state, below the shopping cart header when the cart array is empty. The saved for later line requires a real wishlist system behind it or it should be removed.
A natural flow around it on an Ecommerce Pro page:

Tip: labelling the three tiles as starting points rather than recommendations removes the algorithm implication and makes the shelf feel curated rather than surveilled.
