Account Signed Out State splits the page fairly, the sign in with its three waiting inside reasons and passwordless path, beside the guest jobs panel, track, return, and gift card balance, each working on two fields or fewer, no login. The panel title takes the position, no account, no problem.

Inside and without are two arrays. Guest paths beside the login is what stops password resets for people who only wanted tracking.
