Member Offboarding Panel is the safe removal surface for a departing teammate: the Daniel Ross member card, a transfer ownership selector with three teammate options and their roles, a checklist of owned items to reassign (documents, API keys, scheduled reports, personal dashboards) with counts, a consequence note, and a destructive Deactivate member action.
Owned items are one typed array with a transfer flag that pre checks the boxes worth moving, while personal dashboards ship unchecked. The consequence note names the mechanics exactly: unchecked items are archived and restorable for 30 days, the seat frees at the end of the current billing cycle, and Daniel can be reactivated with history intact.
Reach for this block in the confirm step of a member removal flow, wired to your membership and ownership transfer endpoints. Gate it behind the workspace admin role and require a transfer target before the Deactivate button enables.

One strong use is the deactivate member surface. Other offboarding shapes:
Tip: the consequence note is load-bearing copy; stating the 30 day window and the seat release at cycle end up front prevents the frantic restore ticket.
