Guest Access Panel lists four external collaborators with limited access: each row shows the guest with avatar and email (Sofia Reyes, Liam Walsh, Hana Kim, Noah Park), the projects they were invited into as badges, an access expiry date, and Convert to member plus Remove actions. Liam Walsh lapses soonest and his date turns heavier beside a Clock icon.
Guests are one typed array with an expiringSoon flag that switches the expiry column to a bolder weight. The footer note states the seat rule plainly: guests do not consume a seat and only see the projects they were invited into, and converting a guest to a member consumes one seat immediately.
Reach for this block on the workspace members or sharing settings page, wired to your external collaborators endpoint. Pair it with the invite members form so admins add and audit guests in one surface.

Tip: the expiry column earns its weight only when guests near their lapse date read heavier; without it, admins leave stale access open for months.
