Seat Allocation Card is the billing page panel for seat math on the Business plan: 37 of 50 seats used, 13 free, the overall fill bar at 74%, and a per-team ruled breakdown for Engineering (14), Sales (9), Design (6), Marketing (4), Customer Success (3), and Invited (pending) with its outline badge. The honest removal note at the bottom names the mechanic exactly: removing a member frees the seat at the end of the current billing cycle, not instantly.
Teams are one typed array. The Invited row carries a badge field the others leave undefined; the note prevents the instant-refund support ticket that every seat-based product eventually fields.
Reach for this block on the billing or team settings page, wired to your plan and membership endpoints. Gate the Add seats button behind the billing admin role so members cannot bump the plan count.
