Vacation Responder is the out of office settings panel for avery@acme.com. A header pairs the auto reply title with a master Switch and an On or Off badge that tracks its state. Below sits a live summary of the active date range, first and last day fields, a subject line, the auto reply message, and an audience fieldset whose three checkboxes limit who receives the reply, from contacts only up to every outside sender.
The Switch is the one piece of local state; it flips the badge and the summary line between the scheduled dates and a paused message. Every other field is static demo data, and the footer pairs Discard with Save changes under the mailbox address.
Reach for this block on the out of office or autoresponder section of mail settings, wired to your vacation API. The Switch state is local; persist it along with the saved dates, subject, message, and audience on Save changes.
A natural flow around it on an Application Pro page:

One strong use is the personal out of office responder. Other scheduled reply surfaces:
Tip: keep the summary line in sync with the Switch, since the date range is the first thing users check before they trust the responder is on.
