About this block

Delivery Status is the tracking pane for a sent message, opened on the Renewal proposal for Q3 sent to five recipients. The header pairs the subject and send line with a Resend to unopened action. An engagement summary strip reads 5/5 delivered, 4 opened, 2 clicked, and 1 replied, then five recipient rows each pair an avatar and address with a status badge and a last activity detail line such as opened three times or clicked the proposal link twice.

Recipients are one typed array and each status maps through a lookup that supplies the badge label, icon, and whether it counts as engaged, so replied, clicked, and opened read as active while not opened stays muted. A footer is honest about the limit: open tracking is unavailable for recipients who block remote images.

When to use

Reach for this block on the sent or activity view of a mail product, wired to the tracking events for one message. The rows are static demo data; load real delivery and engagement events and connect Resend to unopened to your send endpoint.

What you can display

One strong use is the per message engagement view. Other send tracking surfaces:

• Campaign report. Roll the same summary strip up to a whole broadcast with rates in place of counts.
• Invoice delivery. Track whether a billing email was opened and paid, one row per customer.
• Announcement reach. Show which teammates opened a company update, with a resend for the stragglers.

Tip: the status badge and the detail line say the same thing at two depths, so a glance gives the state and a read gives the story behind it.
