Template Library is the canned reply gallery, a header with a New template action, a row of category filter chips (All, Support, Sales, Scheduling, Internal each carrying a count), and a card grid of reusable replies. Every card shows the template name, a category badge, a clamped three line body preview, a slash shortcut in a kbd chip, and a usage count, and a dashed create tile closes the grid.
Templates are one typed array and the filter chips carry their own counts, so the grid and the filters stay in sync as replies are added. The body preview uses line-clamp so long templates keep a tidy card height, and the shortcut chip signals how each template is inserted from the composer.
Reach for this block on the templates or saved replies screen of a support or sales tool, wired to your template store. The cards are static demo data; load real templates, wire the filter chips to your categories, and connect New template to your editor.
