Shared Files Panel is the files tab of a conversation, listing five items shared in the #eng-general channel. A header names the channel, a row of filter chips scopes by type across All, Documents, Images, and Links, and each row pairs a type icon with the file name, its size, the uploader, the share date, and a download action. A footer line reports the visible count and the retention policy.
Files are one typed array, each carrying its own icon so documents, spreadsheets, images, and links read at a glance. The active filter chip is a static state, and the footer names how long files stay available so the retention question is answered before it is asked.
Reach for this block as the files view of a channel or direct message, wired to your storage listing and a filter handler on the type chips. Point each download button at your file service and the link rows at their destinations.

Tip: keep the size and uploader on every row; a file name alone leaves people guessing which version they are about to open.
