Inactivity Watch Card surfaces the absence of activity instead of another feed: projects that have gone quiet, each row showing the owner avatar, the last recorded event, a days idle count in a fixed column, and a Nudge action. Atlas docs refresh has sat 31 days since Daniel Ross edited the outline; three more trail behind it.
Projects are one typed array of name, owner, avatar, last event, and idle days, ordered with the stalest first. A header badge counts the quiet projects and an Adjust threshold button controls the 14 day cutoff, while the footer explains what Nudge does and when a project leaves the list.
Reach for this block on a project health or manager overview page, wired to your projects endpoint filtered to those past the idle threshold. The Nudge button should post a reminder and the threshold control should refilter the list.
A natural flow around it on an Application Pro page:

One strong use is the stalled project watchlist. Other watch reads:
Tip: a watch card earns its place by measuring silence; the idle count and last event together say why a row belongs here.
