Reaction Activity Feed is the social layer of the work feed: six rows showing who reacted to or commented on your work. Maya Chen reacted with a clapping hands emoji to Q3 launch plan; Jordan Lee commented on Pricing page rewrite and the quote is shown inline in a tinted box (Love the new comparison table. One nit: the Enterprise column should list the SLA response time). Emoji reactions badge the avatar at bottom right on a background circle so they are readable over any avatar color.
Feed items are one array where emoji and quote are present on every item, null or undefined when absent. The footer note states that reactions on archived items remain visible, which is the question users ask when they see old items resurface.
Reach for this block on a personal home feed or notification page alongside the work activity table, wired to your reactions and comments endpoint filtered to the signed-in user as recipient. Limit to the last 30 days or the last N items to keep the list bounded.
A natural flow around it on an Application Pro page:

One strong use is the personal reactions and comments digest. Other social feeds:
Tip: inline the comment quote rather than linking to it; users scan faster when the content is right there.
