Split Image Hero divides the viewport into two columns. The left column holds a badge, a large headline, a short paragraph, a primary and an outline button side by side, and a small trust row of three icon and text pairs (stars, users, and license). The right column is a square image panel with a subtle overlay and a row of three frosted callout tiles anchored to its bottom edge, each carrying an icon and a one word label.
The text column and the image panel are independent. You can swap the badge text or remove it entirely, rewrite the headline and subtext, and relabel both buttons without touching the image side. The three trust items and the three callout tiles can each be replaced or reduced to fit what your product actually claims.
This layout works well when you want to lead with a strong photograph and back it with credentials right in the fold. For a real estate marketplace the split lets you fill the right panel with a hero property shot while the left column handles the value statement and search or signup actions. It edges out a centered hero when the image itself carries persuasive weight and you want it to share the fold rather than sit below the copy.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing (Legacy) page:

The obvious fit is a flagship property or location shot on the right with a pitch and primary CTA on the left. A few other ways to use the frame:
Tip: keep the three callout tiles to a single word each so they stay legible at smaller viewport widths where the panel compresses.
