Quick Contact CTA is a two column panel inside a rounded bordered card. The left column is filled with the primary brand color and holds a headline, a short supporting sentence, and four contact options stacked vertically. Each option pairs an icon with a label, a brief description, and a clickable link. The four channels are email, phone, live chat, and book a demo. The right column sits on a card background and contains a short message form: a name and email input arranged side by side, a subject dropdown with five preset options, a multi-row message textarea, a full width submit button, and a small privacy policy note beneath it.
Every piece of copy is independent. You can reword the headline, swap the contact channels, or trim the subject dropdown to only the options that apply to your business. The form fields and contact list are separate structures, so you can adjust either side without affecting the other.
Reach for this block when you want visitors to reach out and you need to show more than one route to do it. It suits a creative agency or studio that handles varied project types. A prospect might want to call, a returning client might prefer email, and a new lead might want to book a call. Showing all four paths at once removes friction for each audience. Compared to a plain centered button CTA, it does far more work for high-consideration services where visitors want to know a real team is reachable before they commit.

The block adapts to any service business that fields multiple contact types. A few common configurations:
Tip: keep the contact channel descriptions to one short sentence each so the left panel stays balanced with the form on the right.
