Center Aligned opens with a centered heading and a short line of supporting text, then presents a single card containing a labeled form. The form holds two side-by-side rows (first name / last name, email / phone number), a full width details textarea, a full width submit button, and a short response time note beneath it. Below the card a three-column row of support links each shows an icon, a title, a sentence of context, and a labeled arrow link that slides right on hover.
All three sections sit independently. You can rewrite the heading and supporting copy, remove the phone field if you only need email, and swap or drop any of the three support link cards without touching the form above. The two-column field rows collapse to a single column on narrow screens.
This layout works well when contact is a page of its own and the visitor has already decided to get in touch. For a developer tools company it pairs naturally with a support hub: the form captures new inquiries while the knowledgebase, FAQ, and API quickstart cards direct self-serve questions away from your inbox. It fits better than a split layout when you do not need to show office details or business hours alongside the form, and the centered alignment gives it a clean, focused feel at the top of a standalone contact route.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing (Legacy) page:

The form suits any inquiry type where you need a name, contact detail, and a free text description. A few directions to take it:
Tip: keep the response time note beneath the button accurate; a specific window like "1 to 2 business days" sets a clear expectation and reduces follow-up messages.
