Funnel Drop Off benchmarks each step of a conversion path instead of the total. Every stage carries a bar for the median with a tick marking the top decile on the same track, so the reader sees both the typical rate and the ceiling at a glance, and a one line definition under each bar states exactly what the step counts. The footer names the stage with the widest gap to the decile, the leak worth fixing first.
The bars are drawn divs with theme tokens and no chart library, so the section inherits your palette and ships dependency free. The stages array is the publication surface, and the median against decile pairing is the persuasive structure, comparing steps rather than totals makes the weak link name itself.
Reach for this block in a benchmark report or a conversion teardown, where a step by step view corrects the habit of judging a funnel by its end number alone. It works well after a headline comparison and before a self placement or calculator, the funnel shows where the loss is and the tools that follow help readers size their own.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

One strong use is the email funnel from sent to converted. Other funnels:
Tip: define every step in one line under its bar, a funnel benchmark only gets cited when readers can see exactly what each rate counts.
