Theme Lanes is a strategy grouped roadmap of three lanes, Enterprise readiness, Time to value, and Platform reliability, each a bordered card. Every lane header shows the theme name, the owning team, a one line goal, and a lane level Progress bar with a percent readout. Below it, initiative rows carry a status dot, the title, a short state note, a quarter chip, and a status badge for Shipped, In progress, or Planned.
Themes are one typed array, each holding its own initiatives list. The dot and badge classes are record lookups keyed on status, so adding a lane or an initiative is a single entry with no layout changes.
Reach for this block on a product strategy or planning page wired to your theme and initiative records. Use it when leadership needs to see how execution ladders up to a small set of strategic bets rather than a flat task list.

Tip: the lane level progress bar summarizes the theme at a glance while the rows below explain exactly what drives that number.
