Milestone Tracker is a vertical stepper of four Acme milestones connected by a rail. Each row carries a status badge, the owner avatar and email, a target date, and a Progress bar.
Milestones are one typed array with a shared shape: id, title, description, date, status, progress, and owner fields. The dot and badge classes are record lookups so adding a milestone is a single entry.

Tip: showing the owner email beside the avatar makes accountability explicit without needing a separate people view.
