Plan Change History is the audit log for everything that moved the bill. Five dated rows run newest first: the upgrade to Business with its $61.87 proration, two seats added lifting the monthly invoice by $60.00, the FOUNDER20 promotion, a switch back to monthly billing, and the original Team subscription that first invoiced $180.00. Each row carries a type badge, Plan, Seats, Promo, or Cycle, and names the teammate who made the change.
Events are one array with a date, title, detail, actor, and tag. A closing note keeps the scope honest: this log covers what you are billed, while individual charges and receipts live in payment history.
