Usage Alerts Panel is the threshold notification manager: four alert rules as a ruled list, covering API calls at 80% and 100% of the 2M monthly quota, seats at the limit (8 of 8 used), and storage at 90% of 50 GB. Each row shows the metric name, an outline badge with the threshold, the recipient addresses, and a Switch. The footer note carries the honest caveat: alerts are warnings, nothing pauses automatically unless you configure a hard cap in your plan settings.
Rules live in one typed array; the disabled seat alert sits alongside the active ones to model the real mixed state. The footer note prevents the most common billing support question.
Reach for this block on the billing or usage settings page, wired to your alert rules API and your toggle endpoint. The add-alert button should open a form that lets users pick a metric, a threshold, and recipients.

One strong use is the API quota alert list. Other alert panels:
Tip: show disabled rules in the same list as enabled ones so users know what they set up and turned off, not just what is active today.
