Guardrails Panel is the settings view for the safety rules an assistant follows in every conversation. Four ruled rows each pair an icon with a rule name, a plain explanation of what it does, and a switch; the personal data rule carries a Required by policy badge and a locked switch. A second card lists the blocked topics the assistant declines outright, and a footer notes that every declined or redacted answer is logged with the rule that fired.
Rules live in one array where a required flag both shows the badge and disables the switch, so policy mandated controls cannot be toggled off by mistake. Explaining each rule in one line is what lets an admin trust the setting without reading a separate policy document.
Reach for this block on an admin or workspace settings screen whenever an assistant enforces safety and compliance rules. Wire each switch to your policy engine and gate the required rows behind an admin role.

One strong use is the assistant safety configuration. Other rule and policy panels:
Tip: lock the rules you are legally required to enforce; a switch that looks optional invites a support ticket.
