Simple 2 Cols Grid opens with a centered "Frequently Asked Questions" heading, then lays out every question and answer pair in a two column grid below. Each cell holds a bold question at the top and a muted answer paragraph underneath. There are no accordions, no tabs, and no icons: every answer is visible at once, so a visitor reads the whole set in one pass.
The heading and the FAQ items are fully independent. You can reword the heading, add or remove pairs from the list, and reorder entries without affecting the grid layout. Six items fill the grid evenly, but four or eight work just as well.
Reach for this block when your FAQ is short enough that hiding answers behind toggles adds friction rather than removing it. It suits a logistics or delivery platform where customers want quick, scannable answers about tracking, shipping rates, and cancellation policies. The flat grid works better than an accordion when you want the whole list visible at a glance, and better than a card grid when you need a lighter visual weight closer to a page footer.
