Timeline opens with a centered heading and a short supporting sentence, then renders a vertical rail of dated milestones. On desktop, events alternate left and right of a center line; each milestone hangs a filled year badge on the line, and its card sits on the opposite side holding a checked icon, a bold title, and one sentence of context. On mobile the rail shifts to the left edge and all cards stack in a single column to the right of the year badges.
Every part of the content is independent. The heading and subheading are plain strings, each milestone card carries its own year, title, and description, and you can add or remove entries without affecting the layout. The alternating left-right pattern adjusts automatically as you change the item count.
Reach for this block when the company story is the point of the page and you want visitors to feel the arc of growth over time. For a fintech or banking product, it works especially well to mark regulatory approvals, product launches, and funding rounds in a way that feels authoritative and ordered. It beats a plain prose biography because each milestone stands on its own, so a reader can scan the years and land on whatever chapter interests them.

Each card is a short chapter in the company story. A few ways to fill the entries:
Tip: six entries is a comfortable maximum before the rail starts to feel long; trim older or minor events to keep the story tight.
