Team Voices hands the culture pitch to the people who live it. A centered heading and a one line lede sit above a three column grid of bordered quote cards, each holding an unedited teammate quote about working here with an avatar, name, and role in the footer. The quotes are specific and slightly wry, the opposite of a values slide.
The voices are one array of quote, name, role, and portrait, and the cards justify their footers to the base so uneven quote lengths still align. Six cards fill the three column grid cleanly, though the grid accepts any count and reflows to one and two columns on smaller screens. Everything follows the collection conventions, tokens, borders, and the shared avatar set.
Reach for this block on careers and about pages where a recruit wants to hear from future peers, not the founder. Real quotes with names and roles answer what is it actually like here better than any benefits list. It reads as testimonial for the job rather than the product, so pair it with the process rather than the roster where team-grid-with-avatars shows who is here.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

One strong use is a candidate facing culture wall in the team's own words. Other grids:
Tip: keep the quotes unedited and specific, a wry complaint that resolves well is more convincing than any polished endorsement.
