About this block

Team Map Distribution shows where the company actually is. The copy states the distributed philosophy, hire where the right person lives, guard the overlap, and lists each city with its headcount. The dot grid map carries pins with city and count chips, and the caption publishes the core overlap window with the rule that makes it real, meetings live there or not at all.

The cities are one array of name, count, and pin coordinates shared by the list and the map. The overlap caption is the substance, a distributed page without working hours is geography trivia. A city with one person matters, it proves the hire anywhere claim.

When to use

Reach for this block on about and careers pages of genuinely distributed teams, candidates read it as a preview of their own arrangement and customers read it as support coverage. It is the team flavored cousin of form-with-map-mockup and pairs with culture-values-split where the async agreements live.

A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

Before

• Team grids introducing the faces the pins locate

After

• Careers sections for candidates checking their timezone
• Footers closing the page

What you can display

One strong use is a distributed company with honest overlap hours. Other maps:

• Support coverage. The same pins framed as follow the sun support for a trust page.
• Hiring zones. Pins as the timezone bands you hire in, for a careers page variant.
• Community chapters. Member cities for a community page, with meetup counts as the chips.

Tip: publish the overlap window and its rule, the caption is what separates a remote philosophy from a remote map.
