Team With Hiring Cta turns the team section into a recruiting pitch. The left column carries a headline addressed to the candidate, a paragraph about how the team works, and two CTAs, see open roles and read how we work. The right column is a four wide mosaic of rounded avatar tiles ending in a dashed open seat tile with a plus, the visual punchline for the headline.

The portraits are one array using the shared avatar set, and the open seat tile is plain markup at the end of the grid. Twelve faces plus the empty tile fills the four column mosaic cleanly, but the grid accepts any count, the dashed tile always lands last. The copy column is three strings and two button labels.

When to use

Reach for this block on about pages doing double duty as careers funnels, or at the foot of a careers page itself. The open seat motif makes the ask explicit where team-grid-with-avatars leaves hiring to a footer link. Pair the second CTA with a handbook or values page if you have one, candidates who click it arrive warm.
